Phenomena of the Heart I.

As I meditated, a vision appeared in front of me, My heart opened up, I let go of all contractions, passive feelings and allowed my heart to expand.
As it expanded, I saw it shine. I felt warm, endless and peaceful.
And a vision appeared which made me Crete these pieces. I saw the colours, the effect of the light, waves surpassing each other. Some were transparent and others covered each other creating new phenomena, All was bright and warm.
My Heart was open, this was the Phenomena that occurred and came alive within and then in the form of these visual expressions. My aim was to bring this vision alive, for you to experience it the way I have.
